Raymond "Bamzy" Manson: CEO/FOUNDER
Raymond “Bamzy” Manson, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, found his passion in connecting through writing and entertaining. He attended Southern University at New Orleans on a track scholarship. After a career in the chemical industry, Mr. Manson retired early to inspire youth to make mindful choices. Drawing from his father's advice to "think," he created the "Thinking Cap" concept. Under his signature name, "Bamzy," he established "BamzyBaby Productions," featuring five diverse characters empowering youth to reach their potential and uncover purpose.
Despite childhood challenges like shyness and stuttering, Mr. Manson's life exemplifies the power of positive decisions and belief in oneself.
BamzyBaby Productions serves as a global solution for youth, delivering character-building and educational programs. Through school performances, educational books, and mentorship, countless young individuals have been motivated. Mr. Manson extends his impact as a teen talk show host and founder of "I’m Thinking Awareness," a non-profit promoting conscious thinking and self-development.

William Townsel: CREATIVE DIRECTOR
William Townsel serves as the Creative Director and a valued partner at BamzyBaby Productions, LLC. His contributions encompass exceptional product development and graphic design across all creative domains within our organization.
Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, William's early years were filled with cartoons and martial arts. This led him to discover his passion for the arts, culminating in a successful career in illustration. He holds a degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and boasts more than twelve years of expertise in illustration, fine arts, and graphic design.
William's objective is to craft design solutions that exemplify the utmost standards of creativity and professional excellence.
